Downloading games on my Alltel phone--One time use?

This might sound silly, but can I really only play it once? It seems kind of ridiculous to pay 9 dollars for something I'll only be able to use one time.

Thats kinda strange, you should be able to play it as many times as you want.... Where did you read you can only play it once?
