Is there such a thing as a phone that will hold more than 1 SIM card at the same time and allow incoming and outgoing calls from all SIMs simultaneously? Not at the precise moment of course, but meaning without having to remove one SIM and put a different one in?

I know there's a special SIM can hold 2 original SIM serial number
but not all SIM can be used
