I have a LG cell phone with a camera, cant

get the photos to upload, helpppp Please? I have a USB cable for the phone and a CD we installed and did every thing as per instructed, but can not upload the photos to our PC,, what are we doing wrong ???

what about songs on the LG???? i can't get songs on mine, only pics.
