motorola krzr...?

ive just got a laptop and wanted to put photos and music onto my motorola krzr and visa versa. will the motorola website let me download the programme, or do i need to find the disk that i got with the phone??

you should be able to transfer data thru an usb cord. im not sure if u HAVE to have the software. i know moto tells you that u do because they want u to pay for it. if your laptop has bluetooth, u should be able to use that too!.. i would call to moto and ask if u need that software, or u can call your providor, and sometimes they will know the tricks of transfering info. :)

You need to either find the disc that came with the phone or email motorola and they will send you the software file you need.

Disk I think! I have the same phone and can't work out how to put songs on it via computer...hmmm
