Can Qwest activate my phone line for dial up intern....

Currently, there are no companies that I can think of that is offering this service. However, My husband works for Verizon, and had training a few weeks ago on a service that is soon to be implimented for DSL. Verizon is rolling out DSL without a phone line, and is supposed to be offering it to customers by the end of March. For information, you can reach them at 1-800-483-4000 (residential) and 1-800-483-5000 (business). My husband works in the business center, so you may get better results there. Good luck!
