Samsung Phone, Blue Screen; USB CONN...

...EMERGENCY DOWN LOADING..Cant turn phone off, Screen just stuck?!? My samsung phone (verizon) not sure of the model number has a blue screen reading "USB CONN, EMERGENCY DOWN LOADING" I can't turn the phone off, I've even tried taking the batterie out...when I plug it back in I still get the same screen? any help would do ^_^ How do I reset this beast?

Call verizon customer service/tech support & they can tell you how to do a hard reset or how to reprogram the phone. Or you can just take it to a verizon store & they will do it for you.

Do what they said, call customer care

Did you recently do something to the phone, like try to mod of flash it? If you haven't, then call Customer Care and tell them they put some faulty software on it. They should fix it for ya.

u might have damage to the phone. your best bet is to take it to a store cuz if u call 2 customer service thats what they are gonna tell you to do. cuz if you cant access any screens theres nothing they can do over the phone. a store with a tech is where u need 2 go.
