Samsung T809/D820 Time Problem

I've been having a really annoying problem with my T809 flashed D820. The time on my home screen is set accurately, but whenever I receive a text message, the time stamp on it is three hours behind, and that's bothering me a lot and hindering a lot of what I'm trying to do. Anyone know what's up?
