I have a problem with this handset. I want the phone to be completely silent, but when I turn it to the silent mode it starts vibrating when I receive calls or messages. How can I stop that from happening? I don't want the phone to make any sound. Kindly help.

Have you read the manual to see if it stated how to troubleshoot this problem?

If so, and still having this problem give their customer support a call - they'll be glad to help you out.
