SGH-D820 : Sound Problem

Hi all,

I'm using Samsung SGH-D820.
Since yesterday, i think there's some problem with my hp.

when i receive a call OR call out, I can't hear caller voice, buat they can hear my voice. I've try to use speakerphone, than.. i can hear caller voice, BUT than, the caller cannot hear my voice...

Don't know.... is it hardware or software problem...

hope to get some info from my friends here to solve this problem...

Hi, i have the same problem! I cannot hear the ring tone nor the caller's voice when i pick or make a call.

Can anyone help us with this problem?

Did you try rebooting the phone?

Also check the headphone/headset connector, try blowing air in it..

or plug in the headset and disconnect it, it may have got stuck in the headset mode..

ermm... rebooting? You means OFF and ON back? I've done it a few time but still not OK. Or you means other way to rebooting?

I've never used headset before.
Is it possible for it to stuck in headset mode?
