Please Helpo Me With My Sidekick 3!

Hey everyone. Last night, i just got a new sidekick. I went to charge it over night, (my battery was almost full) and when i woke up it was off. II turned it on and it said low battery. So i charged it for 2 minutes and when i turned back on i took the Charger out. Then i looked at the battery percentage was at 88. Later on in the day, it would randomly shut off on me (at the grocery store.. in the car) and when i turned it back on it said low batter,m and that i need to charge. Im really confused. Please help!

Your battery is defective...

Get it replaced... since it's new you can probably just get the whole unit replaced...
