Help with my Sharp GX15 phone?

I have a Sharp GX15 mobile phone and i have installed the USB Wizard and i am on th "handset manager".
It say i can upload pictures from my phone onto the computer but how? I have read the help section and everywhere else but i just can't find it.
Anyone have any ideas??

Perhaps it comes up in my computer as an external drive?
