How long should the battery last when phone left on continually without making any calls ?

I hardly use my phone and on standby most of the time - last around 2 or 3 days tops. Thinking of changing my phone coz I find it not so user friendly.

i had that phone and it broke within a month and the charger stopped working as well so i cant really answer
