to pull up my computer but it never goes to the address this is a site for my benefits at my job and i'm trying to get on and this is the site given but i can't pull it up.

I was sent a temp. password and is only four numbers. The site tells me it is not a alpha numeric password and will not accept it along with my user name.

that sounds like an activation code and not your password... you just need to click on the link to active your account.
