Can I put videos on my sprint upstage phone?

I know i can record videos but can i upload videos and if i can how do i do it, the music manager is just for music (i think)

You can put the videos in the media folder on the SD card then go into sprint tv > right softkey > memory card

Correct, To put movies, you'll haft to get a movie/video converter software to put it in a format readable by your phone.
