No contract option.

In the past Sprint use to offer a no contract option for customers that pay full retail for the phone, and $10 extra per month, is this option still available?

If they don't do that any more then how do I ask for the $29.99 no contract option that you posted? I'm assuming that I would be paying full retail for the phone right? How much is their activation fee? One last question (I think), does Sprint have an online ESN changer the way Verizon does?
