Sprint Rebate Offers, Are they for real?
We purchased a Palm Treo before Christmas and sent in a rebate offer and recieved confirmation that they were processing it. Now the status states they didn't get the phone amount? Is this a scam? I have been a Sprint customer for years but it seems that we are getting the run around on more than one matter with them. Anyone else having similar issues?

I'd just give it some while. Sprint probably has a lot of orders and rebates coming through and im sure a big company like that isnt out to scam you.

If you copied all of the information I would call the number on the rebate form and ask the representative to give you a fax number so you can fax your information to them. I've had to do it this way in the past. You can also call Sprints CS dept. and fax the information to them for a credit on your billing statement in the amount of the return.
