Sprint Forum
Can any of you Sprint users tell me what the Sprint Forum is all about on their website? When I was looking at the plans that they have and I came across a Sprint forum. Can regular Sprint customers join there to get answers to there questions or problems?

I think that's cool that they offer something like that to their customers. The only other carrier I know that offers that is Cingular. I've been a member on there for almost a 2 years but I don't post there to often because I feel like a small fish in a big pond over there.

yeah this one is really neat its one forum that sprint employees are aloud to goto and post and help ppl.
i haven't even read to much on there yet. i just signed up and got my username pretty much

I looked at it and made an account. I don't think it will be as informative as here or SU. Since its ownd by sprint they probably wont want some topics on there like on independent boards.
Its run by Lythem and they do comcasts board.

Still, its a TERRIFIC idea and a extremely bright public relations standpoint for Sprint to place something like on their board and available to everyone. It "shows" they want feedback, they want to know their faults and their bright sides. How they act on all the feedback is another thing and will be seen as time progresses, but its a great move.

Sprint is HUGE on getting feedback from their customers. They actually hire people to search boards and see what people are saying about sprint and try to figure out what they can do bettter. they are probably reading this now....:busted:
