The prepaid is not as good as post-paid
I RTFM and at&t/Cingular prepaid is not what one would get with post paid.
See this http://www.cingular.com/support/imag...payasyougo.gif If you leave at&t's network you get no service. The FCC mandates you be able to call 911 but if you want to talk to anybody besides a cop :batman: you are SOL. |

I hated Cingular's Go Phone service, luckily I only ended up paying my states sales tax on a Motorola c139 Go Phone. Radio Shack had it 'Free after rebate' so I got one figuring it was like a 'try me free' deal, I tried it, and hated it, the reception was great, but what I hated about it was that every time I wanted to make a call out, they made me listen to a 'commercial' of their services, and telling me when I needed to add more minutes, etc. etc. I hated it, Tracfone and T-Mobile To Go do not make me listen to anything when I am trying to make a call out. That was so annoying.
