Not to my knowledge, but at 10 cpm, you can still make out better in most cases using T-Mo, Net10 or Page Plus than Cingular with m2m, because their m2m only applies if both people's phones are Cingular. You cannot call an Alltel customer from a Cingular phone and call it m2m.
