Does the Nokia 6103 T-Mobile To Go Phone have
texting abilities? I know the regular one does, but does the to-go phone? I mean text messaging, not instant messaging.

There is no ToGo phone as such. T-Mobile ToGo can be used with any unlocked GSM of T-Mobile branded phone.
