Anyone Notice T-mo's "Contact Us" Form Is Broken?

Long time ago I called CS (who transferred me to the appropriate department) to let them know that their "Contact Us" webform was broken. Apparently there are 2 webforms being used: one for customers that log into MyTmobile.com, and another for general visitors that visit the website (and may or may not be an existing customer). For the first one, I could fill in everything, but when I hit CONTINUE, nothing would happen. The second one submitted my request just fine.

Well, today I tried to submit MORE suggestions to T-mo, but now BOTH don't work! The first one still has the same problem (perhaps the CONTINUE button links to nothing, or the wrong action). But now the second one gives me a Syntax Error when I click NEXT (I don't know why T-mo chose to label this button differently in both forms). Has anyone actually gotten either of these forms (or ANY "Email Us" webform) to work recently? If so, where did you go to get to that particular form (maybe T-mo uses more than 2 versions?).

Try emailing them at customercare@t-mobilesupport.com

I'm waiting on my unlock code! So their email promising it will be back to me within 24 hours is sitting in my inbox for me to share with y'all! ;-)

T-mobile's site has always been crap for me. If its not slow, it doesn't work on the browser. They are losing money, because I can't preview the callertunes....I wish they would upgrade the site.

Well, I used another browser and the 2nd form worked for me while the 1st one still is broken. Still not working in IE6. Hopefully T-mo can fix this sometime (preferably sooner than later)! :meh:

Loading.....hmmm still loading, this is taking a while.

In firefox, they are just plain links for me...I don't know if thats how it is with everyone else. No buttons...just "Next" and "Submit" links. Works fine for me

I find it interesting that the games section in my-tmobile has never worked. Its a revenue source, why not allow me to search the games? Not a big deal by any means, but weird!
