Tracphone is very annoying about buying

airtime.? They are constantly encouraging you to buy time online, but when I try to, it doesn't work and says to call 1-800-867-7183.I have four phones and I suspect the problem is somehow that it doesn't associate the credit card I used previously with those IMEIs. Anybody else have problem buying airtime online with Tracphone? It works online sometimes, on some phones. But other times I have to call to get the airtime added

I have never bought air time as by far the best deal is two cards and a phone for $20. I did buy a double unit plan for one month with no problem. I doubt TracFone keeps a record of what credit card bought what phone. That would be labor intensive to record every serial number to a credit card.

Why not you consult the local dealer or search on their website. Why dont you call the helpline, the more hel can be on there. If problem persist seek help with any documents supplied during sale or where you purchased during sale. $
