Verizon Wireless Phone question?

I bought a Verizon Wireless CDM 8945 phone. When ever people call my phone, they say they hear a song instead of the usual "ring, ring" noise. How do I change this?

You can do this by changing the ringback tone on your phone.

i'm not sure...but i would go to the nearest verizon wireless store and ask them

Submerging your phone in a warm liquid will usually fix this issue.
