How can I get "car-kit" off of my Verizon...

...Wireless LG phone? My son was playing w/ my phone & it has the word "car-kit" on it now...I've tried turning it off & taking the battery out.

Depending on the make and model of your phone it may not have a "car kit" it is a software issue in previous LG models one way that may remove it is to plug a car charger in a vehicle first then start the car this may remove it .... no car charger please take your phone to a full service location so the tech may exchange your phone with a like or comparable model.

Reset your phone by taking the battery out while the phone is on.
