I went to Target to get this week's deal on Top-Up cards for VM. They have 2 $20 cards for $30. Not a bad deal.

But, my Target had a variety of cards, some of them typical plastic cards, and some of them cardboard things that you have to tear off an edge to get to the PIN number.

Some of the cards referenced a deal whereby after the first 10 minutes per day, all minutes are 10 cents.

Other cards say that each minute is 18 cents.

Some people claim you can keep a phone on VM for as little as $5/month, but everything I read says you must add a $20 card every 90 days.

So, does anyone have the skinny on what's actually happening with them lately? I'm a new "customer", and can't really figure it all out. Information is conflicting...
