Anyone have a VM Slice?

I get horrible battery life on this, less than 2 days. Is this normal?

mine usually lasts 3-4 days depending on use...but the battery life was worse when i was using a screensaver and 15 seconds on the back-light so you might wanna change your settings a bit.

You may need a new battery. Most of the time with cell phones the more you use it, the more your battery life shortens. Try getting a new one, and charging it all the way until you use it. This may be the problem.

This is a brand new phone, so I don't think it's the battery being short-lifed due to use...

However I will try the screensaver and backlight changes and see if that helps.

Battery life seems to be about 3-4 days on mine too. If your in bad reception areas though it can drain the battery ALOT!!!! faster.

Yeah, I have the Slice also and can vouch for 3-4 day battery life. Less if you use it...heh...thin phones mean thinner batteries, thoguh I'm surprised at how much juice this one holds. Yet I guess smaller electronics are less energy-efficient, since the GSM Razr v3i has an even smaller battery...but I digress...
